PropIQ analyzes publicly available real estate listings and generates investment insights. Our analysis is informational only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or real estate advice.

Listings and market data are sourced from third-party portals. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any property surfaced on the platform. You are responsible for independently verifying any property before making a purchase or investment decision.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
