Privacy Policy

PropIQ S.r.l. is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

We collect the information you provide during sign-up (email, password hash, search preferences) and usage data (page views, feature interactions) to deliver and improve the service. Analytics are only captured after you grant explicit consent via the cookie banner.

We share personal data only with the service providers necessary to run the platform: Supabase (database & auth), Resend (email), Meta (WhatsApp notifications, if enabled), PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), Stripe (billing). Each provider is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict processing of your personal data at any time. Contact privacy@propiq.ai to exercise these rights. Complaints may be filed with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, plus a maximum of 24 months after deletion for legal and audit purposes. Anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained longer.
